Referral Program
Get fee discounts and earn rebates through the DexToro referral program.
How it works
To create a referral code:
Click on the Affiliates tab
Create a referral code using any combination of letters, numbers, and underscores
Once you've created your code, click on the copy icon next to the code to get your referral link. It should look something like this: https://trade.dextoro.com/referrals?code=<your code>.
You can share this link on any platform, e.g., Twitter, YouTube, Telegram. When a user clicks on your link, your referral code will be stored with the user's account. When the user makes a trade, they receive a discount on trading fees via a 5% boosted $DTORO trading rewards, and you earn 5% rebates from their trading fees. You will continue to earn rebates even if the user uses another device later on, as the referral code is stored on the contract the first time the user makes a trade.
The discounts and rebates will be distributed as USDT and DTORO on Optimism every Tuesday. Your rebate history will be viewable at https://trade.dextoro.com/referrals.
Note: Our referral program is very sophisticated and has disabled self-referrals; this helps to ensure that referrers receive the rebates for the users they brought onto the platform.
Rebates and discounts apply on the opening and closing fees for leverage trading.
The opening and closing fees are 0.02% - 0.1% on DexToro; there is no price impact for trades and zero spread for tokens like BTC and ETH; rebates are calculated before user discounts, so referrers earn on the full maker fee, and from what would otherwise be spread on other exchanges. As a result, referrers would earn equivalent amounts of rebates per volume on DexToro when compared to other referral programs.
Compensation
Affiliates earn 5% of their referral's total trading fees paid. Paid in USDT on Optimism.
Example: If one of your referrals pays $100 in trading fees, you receive $5 USDT.
Ambassadors earn 50% of their referral's total trading fees paid. Paid in USDT on Optimism.
Example: If one of your referrals pays $100 in trading fees, you receive $50 USDT.
Traders earn a 5% boost on their $DTORO trading rewards. (Must have $DTORO staked in order to receive the boost). Example: Trader earns 100 DTORO trading rewards on current epoch, an extra 5% boost will activate and 5 DTORO will be added to the traders rewards.
